All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Tropical Skyn is no longer responsible for the package.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

In the event of a delay, we are happy to assist you by monitoring your tracking information and helping you stay updated on your package status.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tropical Skyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tropical Skyn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
